OpEx Review Process
The OpEx Review seeks real evidence within your organisation of operational capability and opportunities to improve. It is carried out by OpEx expert practitioners with years of experience of hands-on operations management and improvement.
The review is carried out on your site(s), ideally, face to face with your staff members. It involves meeting not just leaders but also operational staff from your central function teams, such as finance, HR, technology, estates, procurement, and others, and understanding how they work.
